CMG Leasing is looking for individuals willing to work hard assisting our Maintenance Technicians with turning apartments. Experience with light carpentry work is desired but not required. Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Overtime will be required. Competitive pay according to experience. Must be available to work May - mid August. Each Prep Tech will be assigned to a property and to a Maintenance Tech. Prep Tech's will be responsible for preparing apartments to be cleaned, painted, etc. Prep Tech's will move out furniture (as needed & with help), prep walls for painting, replace blinds, & remove trash.
There is a possibility of becoming a full time permanent employee after the temporary position has ended.
Paid Bonus if you work May to August!
