About us
We are a small fast casual bakery/cafe and we are looking for reliable, fast, upbeat servers with an emphasis on attentive, quick, and friendly customer service. Barista experience an absolute must!
Responsibilities include :
- making and serving espresso drinks, coffees, teas, blended drinks, smoothies
- knowing the menus and upselling while giving friendly, and attentive service to our customers.
- Cleaning service areas, equipment, lobby, patios, and bathrooms.
- Expediting drink and food orders
- Monitoring quality on all foods, drinks, breads, and pastries.
- Maintaining clean and full displays.
- Clearly communicating amongst FOH as well as between FOH and BOH.
Hours vary. Morning shifts start at 7a. Latest shift ends at 1030p. (may change as staff members are hired) Looking for someone with open availability and flexibility. Will work 8 to 32 hours per week. Will work weekends (Saturday and SUnday BOTH) and holidays. Not negotiable. Pay is 18.50 PLUS a share of pooled tips
