Overview
Nashville Logistics is looking to award a contract driver position.
Morning route:
Driver would need to arrive to work at 5:00am, pull dedicated route from pallets, then sort and scan product in. From here the driver will load their truck and depart the warehouse. Then driver will deliver any overflow to Vanderbilt, then go to another warehouse to pick up the remainder of the route. After this driver will make all deliveries. At each delivery driver will be responsible for deliver scanning each piece, acquiring a signature, and picking up any empty totes from the day before deliveries. This run is typically finished and back to the warehouse by 10:30am. At this point driver will separate all empty totes picked up during deliveries and turn in paperwork for the day.
afternoon Route:
Once morning route is finished, driver will then load pallets of coolers onto a 26' box truck. once all necessary coolers have been loaded, driver will deliver these and pickup deliveries for the next route. The afternoon route is 2-3 stops. Usually departs at 12:45pm and is finished by 2:00pm.
-This is a 1099 position
-Truck provided daily 16' or 26' box trucks
-Fuel card will be given to driver
-Must be able to pass background check and drug test
-Home daily 5am-2pm schedule
-Extra work available
-Must have CDL class A or B
-Box truck / delivery experience is preferred
Pay: $260.00 per day
