Canna Bros. McMinnville is a friendly, community-oriented, owner-operated dispensary located in the heart of Yamhill County, Oregon. We are looking to hire 1 reliable and motivated budtender to join our weekend team. Preference will be given to applicants who are flexible with scheduling and able to work part-time independently. This position is ideal for someone seeking long-term, stable employment in a supportive and professional environment. Applicants should have a warm and welcoming demeanor, strong rule adherence, punctuality, and an eagerness to learn and grow within the cannabis industry.
Cannabis and/or retail experience is preferred but not required.
Requirements:
- OLCC Marijuana Worker Permit
- Ability to reliably work a consistent schedule
- Willingness to work long shifts, weekends, and occasionally at other locations as needed
- Positive attitude & team-player mindset
- Strong attention to detail
- Solid and relevant work history
- Weekend and weeknight availability is required

Responsibilities:
- Setting up and maintaining product displays
- Budtending & developing strong product knowledge
- Keeping the store tidy and clean
- Cash handling and counting
- Assisting customers with product education and choices
- Ensuring all practices remain compliant with state regulations
- Inventory organization and tracking
