The Position At A Glance
- Full-time regional CDL-A role
- Eastern Seaboard territory consistent, familiar corridors
- 100% no-touch dry van primarily drop and hook
- Averaging 2,500 miles weekly
- Day and night dispatch windows based on route requirements
- Out approximately 12 days, home approximately 2 bi-weekly, every cycle
What Hits Your Account Weekly
Experienced drivers gross between $1,200 and $1,500 before taxes depending on mileage and experience level:
- $0.55$0.65 per mile based on verified background
- $15 per additional stop beyond the first
- $0.06 per mile monthly safety bonus for clean, fuel-efficient driving
- Paid orientation: $300 flat at your nearest hub one day, in and out
New Graduate? Here's Your Runway
Never solo dispatched before? No problem. Our entry-level program pairs recent CDL graduates with a dedicated company trainer for 4 to 6 weeks of structured one-on-one OTR training:
- Minimum 120 hours from an accredited driving school required
- $650 per week guaranteed for the full training window
- Supervised evaluations and mentorship before you ever go solo
- Direct transition to full regional pay upon successful completion

What We Need From You
- Valid CDL-A 21 years or older
- No major accidents, suspensions, or violations in the past 5 years
- No DUI convictions within the last 5 years
- No involuntary separation from your most recent employer
- Stable work history reasonable gaps for school or training are considered
- All criminal records reviewed individually under applicable DOT regulations
- Must clear DOT urine screen, hair follicle test where required, and full background check
