Overview

Duties
- Develop and maintain detailed production schedules using ERP systems such as SAP to align manufacturing output with demand forecasts and inventory levels.
- Monitor and adjust production plans based on real-time data, supply chain analytics, and changing priorities to ensure on-time delivery.
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams, plant management, and supply chain partners to optimize workflows, reduce waste, and implement lean manufacturing principles.
- Coordinate procurement activities and inventory management to support production needs while minimizing excess stock through effective MRP (Material Requirements Planning).
- Drive continuous process improvement initiatives by analyzing production data, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing solutions for efficiency gains.
- Oversee quality control procedures during production to uphold product standards and compliance requirements.
- Support operations management by providing detailed reports on production performance, capacity utilization, and supply chain metrics.
Experience
- Proven experience in production management or manufacturing planning within an industrial or plant environment.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP or similar enterprise resource planning platforms.
- Familiarity with MRP systems, supply chain management, and logistics optimization techniques.
- Hands-on experience with lean manufacturing methodologies and process improvement strategies.
- Mechanical knowledge or background in manufacturing processes is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data for supply chain analytics and implement effective solutions.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
