Seeking a GM with 3+ years managerial experience for an independent popular casual fine dining restaurant in downtown Wilmington, NC. Popular tourist and student area on beautiful river in a bustling downtown area. The Basics is a Southern cuisine focused full service restaurant in business for almost 20 years. We have a tight knit and talented staff, and encourage creativity and a positive outlook! We have service for breakfast, lunch, dinner and brunch, with a hectic summer season. Looking for a team player with people managing skills for a staff of 25.
Duties include:
Development of expanded dinner service
Implementation and execution of weekly inventories
Production of P&Ls
Weekly budgeting and projections
Schedule will be primarily FOH shifts and some light kitchen responsibilities.
Interviews will need to be in person, with the position starting hopefully July 1 of this year.
Pay: $53,963.91 - $64,988.80 per year
