What You Will Do:
- Lead design phases from initial concept sketches through final construction documents.
- Analyze site data including environmental factors, zoning laws, and soil conditions.
- Draft detailed plans using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Select materials including appropriate native plants, hardscapes, and lighting elements.
- Present concepts clearly to clients, municipal boards, and internal stakeholders.
- Inspect active sites to ensure construction matches the approved design intent.
What We Are Looking For
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture.
- Experience: 2-5 years of professional experience in a design firm setting.
- Licensure: PLA (Professional Landscape Architect) license or track is preferred but not required.
- Technical Skills: Mastery of AutoCAD, Land F/X, and 3D modeling software.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, time management, and team collaboration.
Pay: $84,302.32 - $101,525.38 per year
