We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Fine Dining Brunch Server to join our New location; Taste of Tara restaurant team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. As a Fine Dining Server, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality service while showcasing your knowledge of culinary offerings. This role requires a keen attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.

Present menus and provide detailed descriptions of food and beverage offerings.

Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all special requests are noted.

Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.

Serve food and beverages promptly, adhering to food safety standards.

Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal, addressing any concerns or needs promptly.

Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.

Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.

Maintain knowledge of current menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods.

Previous experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant setting is preferred.
