Duties
- Supervise daily food production, ensuring all dishes meet quality standards and presentation expectations
- Lead and motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer service, fostering a welcoming atmosphere for guests
- Oversee food preparation and handling processes to maintain strict food safety and hygiene standards
- Manage shift schedules, delegate tasks efficiently, and ensure smooth restaurant operations during busy hours
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers, and control food costs to optimize profitability
- Train staff on culinary techniques, food safety protocols, and service procedures to enhance team performance
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure complete satisfaction
Requirements
- Proven experience in food service management, restaurant management, or hospitality management with supervising responsibilities
- Extensive knowledge of food production, cooking techniques, and food handling safety practices
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating positive guest experiences
- Familiarity with kitchen management systems, shift management, and food industry regulations
- Previous experience in culinary roles such as serving, catering, banquet operations or barista experience is advantageous
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail and high standards
Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
