Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Bi-Lingual Certified Medical Assistant to join our dynamic healthcare team. Duties
- Assist healthcare providers during patient examinations, procedures, and treatments with precision and professionalism
- Prepare patients for exams by taking vital signs, recording medical histories, and ensuring comfort throughout their visit
- Manage electronic health records (EHR/EHR management) efficiently to ensure accurate and up-to-date patient information
- Support diagnostic testing procedures by preparing patients and handling necessary equipment with care
- Perform manual handling tasks safely while assisting with patient mobility and/or specimen collection
- Administer basic life support (BLS) and CPR when needed, adhering to safety protocols at all times
- Facilitate communication between patients and medical staff, ensuring clear understanding of instructions and next steps
- Maintain a clean, organized clinical environment in compliance with health standards and infection control policies
- Support medical staff with tasks related to critical care or acute care situations as required
Experience
- Proven experience as a Medical Assistant in a clinical setting, preferably with exposure to emergency or urgent care settings
- Critical care experience is highly valued, demonstrating ability to assist in urgent or complex medical situations
- Knowledge of medical terminology and familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) management systems
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR is required; additional certifications in emergency or acute care are a plus
- Bilingual capabilites, Vietnamese speaking is a plus

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
