Position: Lead Night Shift Caregiver
Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM (Night Shift)
Location: Sage Oak Assisted Living and Memory Care - Dallas, TX

Position Overview:
As the Lead Night Shift Caregiver, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the well-being and safety of our residents during the night hours. Your leadership skills and experience in caregiving will be instrumental in guiding and supporting our residents to deliver outstanding care and maintain our high standards of excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on care and assistance to residents as needed.
- Oversee and coordinate night shift care activities, ensuring all tasks are carried out efficiently and with compassion.
- Conduct regular rounds to assess residents' well-being and address any immediate needs.
- Collaborate with other teammates to ensure seamless communication across shifts.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of resident care and activities during the night shift.
- Promote a positive and nurturing environment for residents and staff alike.
- Participate in staff meetings and training sessions as required.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in caregiving, preferably in memory care or assisted living settings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Compassionate, patient, and empathetic attitude toward seniors and individuals with memory care needs.
- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of medication administration and documentation practices.
