Education and Experience:
Any combination equivalent to experience and education that could likely provide the required knowledge and abilities. A typical way to qualify: graduation from high school or the equivalent,and six months of clerical and public contact experience.
Language skills:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, and governmental regulations; write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals; effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, customers, and the general public.
Mathematical skills:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide.
Other knowledge, skills & abilities:
Intermediate to advance proficiency level utilizing Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook, and the ability to operate other standard office equipment, including telephones, calculators, copiers, fax machines, etc. is required.
SUPERVISION RECEIVED AND EXERCISED:
The employee will report to a Supervisor for daily duties.
