About the Role
As a Precision CNC Technician, you will play a vital role in manufacturing high-performance components by operating and setting up advanced computerized numerical control equipment. You will ensure that every part meets rigorous quality standards, contributing directly to the reliability and precision of our final products in a climate-controlled environment.
Responsibilities-
Execute complex machining operations including turning, milling, and drilling to produce precision components within tight tolerances.

Perform comprehensive machine setups, including tooling installation and offset adjustments, to ensure optimal production efficiency.

Interpret technical blueprints, process sheets, and setup instructions to accurately manufacture parts.

Monitor machine performance and perform basic troubleshooting to maintain consistent output and quality.

Conduct thorough quality inspections on your own work and peer-reviewed components to ensure adherence to strict specifications.

Manage data entry within the ERP system and maintain accurate documentation of production progress.

Collaborate with programming and support teams to resolve technical challenges and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Rotate across various work centers as needed, maintaining a clean and organized workspace to support safety and productivity.
Qualifications-
Minimum of 2 years of professional experience operating and setting up CNC lathes or milling machines.

Proficiency in reading and interpreting complex engineering blueprints and technical work instructions.

Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to perform precise mathematical calculations.

Must meet U.S. Person requirements as defined by federal export control laws.

Capability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for the duration of a shift.

Successful completion of a mechanical aptitude assessment.

Experience with resistance spot welding or multi-machine operation environments.

Demonstrated ability to mentor or train junior team members on machining best practices.

Familiarity with advanced metrology tools and calibration procedures.

High school diploma or equivalent vocational training.
