Duties
- Perform a variety of massage techniques and relaxation methods to address client concerns.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand individual health histories, preferences, and specific pain points.
- Educate clients on self-care practices and recommend appropriate treatment plans for ongoing wellness.
- Maintain detailed records of treatments provided, client progress, and any relevant medical information.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment by adhering to occupational health standards and sanitation protocols.
- Collaborate with staff to optimize client outcomes and coordinate care plans.
- Provide exceptional customer service by listening attentively, addressing questions, and ensuring clients feel valued throughout their visit.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Massage Therapist with knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology.
- Prior work in massage welcomed and most specifically must be an LMT
- Strong understanding of patient service principles, including patient assessment and personalized treatment planning.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A valid massage therapy license is essential.
