What You'll Do:
- Create and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate lesson plans.
- Foster a warm, safe, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and fellow educators.
- Observe and document children's growth and development.
- Maintain classroom organization and adhere to all health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with administration and teaching teams to provide the highest quality early childhood education.
- Encourage curiosity, independence, and a lifelong love of learning.
Qualifications:
- Experience working with young children in a licensed childcare or preschool setting.
- CDA, Associate's Degree, Bachelor's Degree, or coursework in Early Childhood Education preferred.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- Reliable, professional, and passionate about working with children.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Must meet all New Jersey licensing requirements.
