Kids Castle Learning Center is looking for a caring, energetic, and dependable Full-Time Pre-K (3-Year-Old) Teacher to join our growing team! If you have a passion for early childhood education and enjoy helping children learn through play, creativity, and hands-on experiences, we'd love to meet you.

Monday–Friday
9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Year-round position
Responsibilities
- Create a warm, safe, and engaging classroom environment.
- Implement age-appropriate lesson plans following our curriculum.
- Lead circle time, music and movement, arts and crafts, and hands-on learning activities.
- Prepare children for Pre-K 4 and Kindergarten by promoting early literacy, math, science, and social-emotional development.
- Encourage independence, problem-solving, and positive social skills.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom.
- Complete daily observations and communicate with parents through our childcare management system.
- Work collaboratively with other teachers and administration.
- Follow all Connecticut licensing regulations and health and safety procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- CDA, Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education, or equivalent experience preferred.
- Experience working with preschool-aged children is preferred.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Reliable, positive, and team-oriented.
- Must pass a comprehensive background check.
Pay: $17.50 - $19.00 per hour
