Looking for entry-level robotic welders for our day shift in Niles. Hands-on production role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Robotic Welder – Day Shift – Niles, OH
Pay: $16.00 – $17.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday 7:00 am to 3:30 pm
What this job is:
Operate robotic welding equipment in a production environment. This role is a hands-on position with opportunity to learn and grow.
What you’ll be doing:
Load/unload parts into robotic weld cells
Monitor weld cycles and identify defects
Perform basic troubleshooting and adjustments
Inspect parts using measuring tools
Support other production equipment as needed
Maintain a clean and safe work area
What we’re looking for:
Manufacturing experience preferred
Welding or robotic welding experience is a plus but not required
Mechanical aptitude
Ability to use measuring tools
Reliable and willing to learn
