**Job Overview:** We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in nursing principles and a commitment to delivering exceptional care to our patients. **Duties:** - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and in accordance with hospital policies. - Perform various medical procedures, including injections and infusions, under the supervision of physicians and other medical professionals. - Document patient information and medical records using electronic health records (EHR) systems, such as eClinicalWorks. - Utilize aseptic technique to maintain a clean and safe environment for patients. - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including nurses, physicians, and therapists, to develop and implement individualized care plans. - Provide medical documentation and assist with the management of medical records. - Participate in the care of patients with dementia, utilizing techniques to promote dignity and comfort. - Manage acute pain and respond to emergency situations as needed. - Ensure that all patient interactions are conducted with sensitivity, respect, and empathy. - Adhere to HIPAA guidelines and maintain confidentiality at all times. - Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors. **Experience:** - Current LPN license in the state of [insert state]. - Prior experience in a hospital or healthcare setting, with a focus on direct patient care. - Knowledge of nursing systems and technology. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Commitment to continuing education and staying up-to-date with industry developments. - Experience with botulinum toxin treatment is preferred. **Skills:** - Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems. - Familiarity with medical documentation and HIPAA guidelines. - Strong knowledge of aseptic technique and infection control. - Ability to manage acute pain and provide compassionate care to patients. - Experience with dementia care and acute care. - Proficiency in medical records management. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing situations.
