Responsibilities
- Develop and execute captivating visual merchandising displays that align with brand guidelines and marketing campaigns
- Coordinate with store management to manage inventory control, pricing strategies, and merchandising display arrangements
- Manage store merchandising operations by implementing retail procedures, ensuring consistency across locations, and maintaining visual standards
- Oversee the setup of window displays, promotional signage, and interior fixtures to attract foot traffic and promote sales
- Collaborate with marketing teams to incorporate branding elements into visual presentations while adhering to brand guidelines
- Train and guide store staff on visual standards, display techniques, and merchandising best practices
- Conduct regular audits of display setups, inventory levels, and planogram compliance to ensure ongoing excellence in visual presentation
Skills
- Strong understanding of branding principles, layout design, and interior design concepts tailored for retail environments
- Experience with fashion retail or retail store experience is highly desirable
- Skilled in merchandising display arrangement, planogram creation, and store layout management
- Knowledge of retail merchandising procedures including inventory management, pricing strategies, and sales techniques
- Excellent communication skills for team leadership, training staff, and collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong time management and organizational skills
- Familiarity with retail math concepts such as cash handling, sales tracking, and customer service standards
