Responsibilities:
- Represent the company in a professional manner and communicate with stores, customers, and sales reps via phone, online, email and or fax
- accounting, processing checks, processing e commerce, and also know CRM systems
- Processing invoices and customer orders
- Follow through on orders, answering questions on orders, addressing any issues with the orders
- Research on orders
- Develop expert knowledge about our products and website in order to guide, advise and make recommendations to customers
- Perform order entry, shipping, invoicing, payment, returns processing and filing
- Resolve customer questions, requests and issues in a timely manner
- Assist production and warehouse teams with projects related to shipping, pulling and packing of orders and samples
- Assist in tasks associated with warehouse sales held three weekends a year
Requirements:
- Strong computer skills including different CRM and ERP Systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to multi-task on the computers and use multiple systems at once
- Excellent written and oral communications skills
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Be able to discern when to escalate issues to senior staff
- Possess strong computer and database skills
The hours are;
Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm
The pay is up to $24.00 an hour
Pay: Up to $24.00 per hour
