Door-to-Door Sales Representative – Exterior Cleaning & Home Services
Join our growing team as a Door-to-Door (D2D) Sales Representative and become a key part of helping homeowners improve and maintain their properties. In this exciting role, you’ll connect directly with residents in local neighborhoods, introducing them to our professional exterior cleaning and home maintenance services. Your enthusiasm, communication skills, and ability to build trust will help expand our customer base while providing homeowners with solutions that enhance the beauty, value, and longevity of their homes.
Responsibilities
- Conduct face-to-face sales presentations in residential neighborhoods, educating homeowners about our exterior cleaning and maintenance services.
- Identify and qualify potential customers through engaging conversations and active listening.
- Generate leads and schedule estimates for services including house washing, pressure washing, roof cleaning, gutter cleaning, paver cleaning and sealing, driveway sealcoating, deck cleaning and staining, window cleaning, holiday lighting, and permanent lighting installations.
- Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage customer interactions, and maintain accurate sales records.
- Build strong customer relationships by understanding homeowner needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
- Handle objections professionally and confidently while demonstrating the value of our services.
- Collaborate with team members to share successful sales strategies and contribute to overall company growth.
- Maintain a strong understanding of company services, industry best practices, and competitive advantages.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing questions, concerns, and follow-up requests.
- Represent the company professionally and positively within the communities we serve.
Requirements
- Previous experience in door-to-door sales, outside sales, customer service, or marketing is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and maintain a positive attitude throughout the day.
- Comfortable approaching homeowners and initiating conversations.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license preferred.
- Ability to walk neighborhoods for extended periods and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a desire to learn, grow, and succeed.
