E-commerce Shift Manager: On-site Myrtle Beach

Position Overview
The E-commerce Shift Lead oversees the efficient receipt, storage, inventory management, packaging, and dispatch of goods for our e-commerce Amazon and Walmart fulfillment business. This role ensures operational excellence, accuracy, and speed in all warehouse processes while maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate will combine strategic planning skills with hands-on operational leadership to deliver seamless fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
1. Warehouse Management
- Supervise daily warehouse operations including inbound, storage, picking, packing, and outbound logistics.
- Monitor productivity, accuracy, and order fulfillment rates to ensure targets are met.
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflow for efficiency and safety.
2. Inventory Control
- Oversee stock accuracy
- Organize Stock
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in inventory records.
3. Team Leadership
- Train, and manage warehouse staff
- Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
4. Logistics & Fulfillment
- Collaborate with the e-commerce operations team to forecast demand and align stock levels.
- Ensure that customer orders are fulfilled accurately and shipped on time.
- Troubleshoot operational bottlenecks and delivery issues proactively.
6. Health, Safety & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure warehouse environment.
- Conduct regular safety training and risk assessments.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education & Experience
- 1+ years of experience in warehouse or fulfillment operations, preferably in e-commerce or high level retail.
- Proven track record of managing high-volume, fast-paced warehouse or retail environments with ecommerce components.
Core Competencies
- Strong understanding of Amazon and Walmart E-commerce platforms inventory management, and order fulfillment processes.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Shipping and product management
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
Additional Requirements:
- A valid S.C. driver’s license and personal vehicle are required.
- The role may involve occasional travel for package deliveries, warehouse errands, and vendor or courier coordination.
- Mileage and related expenses will be reimbursed according to company policy.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.50 - $19.50 per hour
