Candidates MUST HAVE a valid motorcycle license with clean driving record and be comfortable moving motorcycles. Will be self-driven, results oriented with a positive outlook and a clear focus on the highest customer service standards. Harley-Davidson and motorcycle knowledge a plus.

Summary Description:
· Provides assistance to all employees of the service department as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Clean customer and Dealership owned motorcycles after service.
Help Service Department employees to run an efficient and customer-oriented department.
Prepare Service area for daily activities.
Transport motorcycles to and from service lane, service stalls, stages for technicians.
Performs pick up and / or delivery of bikes to customers as needed.
Keep inventory fueled and available for test drives.
Assist technicians as needed.
Clean & maintain appearance of general facilities.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualification & Job Requirements:
Clean driving record with Motorcycle endorsement.
Ability to accept and follow directions.
Ability and willingness to work flexible hours.
Harley-Davidson enthusiast preferred.
Ability to move motorcycles not running
Frequently required to bend, stoop, crouch, reach, handle tools and lift 50 pounds of materials.
Be prompt and dependable.
Be honest and fair in all business dealings.
Compensation and Benefits:
· Rate of pay will be based on experience.
· Benefits include medical, dental, vision and accident insurance after 60 days; paid time off.
Work Schedule:
· Full-time
· Nights and weekends required.
