Position Purpose:
The Sample Operations & E-commerce Coordinator is responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of product samples and the administrative support of Amazon sales channels. This role requires a balance of physical labor (picking/packing) and technical administration (ERP management/Amazon Seller Central). Success in this role is defined by accuracy in inventory, speed of fulfillment, and seamless team collaboration.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
A. Fulfillment & Quality Management

Execute the physical assembly and packaging of sample orders across all product lines.

Manage specialized sample projects, ensuring all components meet brand specifications.

Conduct final quality inspections on all outgoing samples tomaintaincompany standards.

Organize andmaintainthe physical sample library and fulfillment station.
B. Administrative & ERP Systems

Process all sample orders throughSPSsystem from entry to completion.

Generate domestic and international shipping labels andcustomsdocumentation.

Manage the centralized "Sample Inbox," serving as the primary point of contact forall Triton team members.

Reconcile physical inventory with system records to ensure 100% accuracy across all lines.
C. Amazon Sales Support

Provide operational support for Amazon Sales, including manual order entry and tracking.

Facilitatesomepurchasing fordirect-to-customer shipments.

Manage the Amazon Seller Portal communications, including customer inquiries and return authorizations.

Monitor Amazon-specific inventory levels and report discrepancies.
D. Supply Chain & Logistics

Maintain inventory levels of packing materials (boxes, tape, inserts, and protective wrap).

Initiate procurement requests for supplies to prevent fulfillment delays.
