- Core Tasks: Prepping and painting outdoor wooden and metal structures, including porches, fences, and staircases.

- Location: Must be based in or able to easily commute to various neighborhoods across Chicago.
- Skills: Basic knowledge of surface preparation, scraping, sanding, and brush/roller techniques.
- Traits: Punctual, physically fit for outdoor labor, and comfortable working on ladders or staircases.
- Tools: Owning basic personal hand tools (like scrapers or brushes) is a major plus but not required.
