Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Residential Foreman to lead and oversee residential construction projects from start to finish. This role is vital in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Residential Foreman will coordinate daily operations on-site, supervise construction teams, and collaborate closely with project managers, clients, and subcontractors. · The Working Foreman shall directly supervise all personnel employed by CMD as it relates to the onsite production, unloading deliveries, and installation of his/her projects.
Responsibilities
* Must be willing to drive own vehicle to Saint George, Utah. Gas will be reimbursed.
* Making sure all materials are safely / securely stored and accounted for onsite.
· Approving all PW time sheets and laborer hourly time sheets with their signature.
· Making sure all pick up work is done by the PW that was previously paid to do the work unless its trade damage or a change order. Get with FS is its TD or COR work on how to get it done.
· Communicates with project manager daily on any major issues or material supply issues causing more work for the field.
· Attends any internal/jobsite related meetings as required.
- Lead and supervise all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, schematics, and safety protocols.
- Coordinate with project managers to develop and maintain detailed project schedules using construction management software such as Primavera P6 or similar tools.
- Manage daily workforce activities, assign tasks effectively, and monitor progress to meet project deadlines.
- Oversee quality control measures, conduct inspections, and ensure compliance with building codes and OSHA safety standards.
- Read blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings accurately to guide the team through installation processes.
- Collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services; review contracts as needed.
- Maintain detailed documentation of work progress, change orders, budgets, and safety records using tools like ProCore or Bluebeam.
- Conduct site safety meetings and enforce safety policies.
Skills
- Extensive construction site experience with a strong understanding of residential building processes.
- Proven supervising experience with excellent management and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, or similar programs.
- Strong knowledge of project scheduling, blueprint reading, and construction estimating.
- Familiarity with contracts management and quality control procedures.
- Ability to interpret schematics and technical drawings accurately.

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
