Requirements:
- Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs
- Reliable transportation to the shop (Everett, WA)
- Strong English communication skills (oral and written)
- Team player with a strong work ethic
- Drug testing (pre-employment + DOT random) required
- Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Class A.
Assets (Not Mandatory):
- Crane certification
- First Aid / Fall Protection / Safety certifications
- Leadership experience
Other Details:
- Shift flexibility: Day, Evening, Night, Weekends, Overtime
- Must be able to reliably commute or relocate to Everett, WA
- Start date: June 1, 2026
