Responsibilities

- Handle food preparation tasks efficiently, including chopping, slicing, marinating, and portioning
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety protocols
- Support catering events and special functions with timely meal preparation and serving
- Ensure proper food handling techniques are followed to promote safety and hygiene
- Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional food service experiences
Qualifications
- Prior experience in dietary departments or as a dietary aide is highly desirable
- Proven background in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant kitchen experience
- Strong knife skills and knowledge of culinary techniques
- Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Experience with menu planning, meal preparation, and food industry operations
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of catering services and serving practices is a plus
