About the Role

We are looking for a Full-Time Front Desk Receptionist to join our Rehab team
What You'll Do
-
Scheduling patients’ return appointments as directed and providing other front office support when needed

Accurately registering patients by collecting required data, registering insurance, collecting co-pays, co-insurance, surgery deposits, payment on accounts

Scanning IDs and insurance cards, printing and obtaining signatures on all required documents

Scanning documents daily such as data details, financial policies, privacies, authorizations, referrals and miscellaneous documents
What We're Looking For:
Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience:
-
1 year experience at a medical practice preferred
-
Bilingual in Spanish preferred

The pay range for this role is:
23 - 25 USD per hour(Redwood)
