Responsibilities
- Safely operate equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and order pickers to load, unload, stock, and move inventory throughout the warehouse.
- Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to accurately track inventory levels, process orders, and update stock records in real-time.
- Assist with order picking and packing activities to ensure accurate and timely shipment of customer orders, including e-commerce packages.
- Manage shipping and receiving processes by verifying incoming shipments against purchase orders and preparing outgoing shipments with proper packaging.
- Stock shelves efficiently by organizing products according to warehouse distribution standards while maintaining a clean work environment.
- Support inventory control activities such as cycle counts, stock replenishment.
- Collaborate with team members to load and unload trucks & containers, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.
Qualifications
- Prior warehouse experience is preferred but not required; we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn!
- Ability to operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and order pickers safely; certification is a plus.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, MRP software
- Strong attention to detail for order picking, packing, stocking, and inventory accuracy.
- Good physical stamina for standing, walking, lifting heavy items, and performing repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
- Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures along with experience in order fulfillment is advantageous.
