Brand Representative – Too Faced Cosmetics
About the Role
We’re looking for fun, energetic Brand Representatives to join the Too Faced team! This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where you’ll represent a high-energy beauty brand that’s all about confidence and creativity.
You’ll work inside retail locations, connecting with customers, supporting store teams, and helping bring new launches and events to life!
What You’ll Do
- Drive sales and maintain SPH (sales per hour) goals
- Build relationships with store leadership and retail teams to strengthen brand partnership
- Deliver fun, engaging product education to customers and store staff
- Support in-store events, brand activations, and new product launches
- Keep merchandising and brand presentation to standard
- Stay highly knowledgeable on products so you can confidently recommend and sell
- Create elevated and memorable customer experiences
What We’re Looking For
- Previous sales or customer-facing experience (e.g., retail, hospitality, or similar roles); beauty experience is a plus but not required
- Strong selling skills and ability to achieve sales goals
- Highly coachable, open to feedback, and excited to learn and grow
- Confident communicator who builds relationships in a retail environment
- Passion for people, sales, and creating great customer experiences
- Interest in beauty and makeup (must be comfortable applying makeup and demonstrating products on customers, or be willing to learn)
- Flexible availability for retail hours, including weekends and events
