ServiceMaster Restore is seeking a highly skilled Water and Fire Damage Mitigation Technician to join our team. As a Technician, you will have the opportunity to learn valuable skills related to maintenance, construction, leadership, and customer service in a dynamic and rewarding environment.
Job Responsibilities

Perform water, fire, and mold content or structural cleaning

Assist Lead Technicians with equipment and supplies

Communicate processes and job progress to customers

Ensure quality control on each job

Handle equipment, supplies, and vehicles properly

Document job activities and take pictures
Job Requirements

High school graduate or equivalent
-
Experience in emergency response, construction, or cleaning

Valid Driver's License and clean driving record

Detail-oriented, hardworking, and motivated
-
Good communication and customer service skills

Experience with mobile software and product labels
-
Ability to work on-call and weekends
Physical Demands and Working Conditions

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks

Stand, walk, squat, crawl, and crouch as needed

Use visual acuity for detail-oriented activities
