We are looking to hire a part-time Teacher's Aide for the upcoming 2026-27 school year. This position is Monday- Friday and is about 20 hours a week. A preschool teacher's aide must have a great love and patience for children. Qualifications needed are to work well with others and be willing to take direct from the lead teacher in the classroom as well as the program director. To teach young children effectively includes knowledge of best practices and preschool educational methods as well as the ability to engage them and earn their trust and attention. The goal is to contribute to the healthy mental and emotional development of the child so they can more easily acclimate in the next level of education.
Candidates must be will to take online training courses to meet KDHE requirements. This would include becoming CPR/First Aid certified. Health assessment and TB test are required.
Must pass a background check and summit fingerprints
