This is a high-visibility leadership role where you will shape the future of centralized pharmacy services across a large, integrated healthcare system. You will lead strategy and operations for a centralized pharmacy services center that supports both acute care hospitals and retail pharmacy operations, driving efficiency, cost optimization, and innovation at scale.
In this role, you will partner with executive and cross-functional leaders to standardize processes, improve performance, and elevate medication distribution practices across the system. Your work will directly influence patient care, operational outcomes, and long-term growth.

What You Bring
- Master’s degree in Pharmacy required
- MBA or PharmD preferred
- Healthcare finance experience required
- 5+ years of progressive pharmacy leadership experience
- 3+ years of management experience
- Active North Carolina Pharmacist license by start date
