Next Realm is hiring 1–3 creative and tech-savvy individuals to help build an original trading card game and the magical universe surrounding it. We are starting from the beginning—developing the cards, characters, artwork, rules, story and future animated series while building a website, online following, streaming presence, collectibles business and real-world gathering space for game nights, tournaments and community events. You will not simply be joining an existing community—you will help us create one from the ground up.
WHAT WE NEED & WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
You do not need to be skilled in every area. We are looking for people with strong abilities in one or more of the following who are also flexible enough to help wherever the project needs them:
- Trading card game design, playtesting, balancing or card knowledge
- Character design, fantasy artwork, graphic design or world-building
- Animation, storytelling, scriptwriting or video production
- Technology, computers, equipment setup and troubleshooting
- Website building, online stores, coding or app development
- Social media management, advertising and digital marketing
- Livestreaming, filming, photography and video editing
- Online card sales, inventory, pricing, packing and shipping
- Organizing game nights, tournaments and community events
- Designing and setting up a magical gaming and streaming environment
- Bringing original ideas, solving problems and helping the business grow
The ideal applicant is:
- Creative, reliable, honest and organized
- Motivated to take initiative and build something new
- Comfortable working independently and with a small team
- Willing to learn new skills and take on different responsibilities
- Interested in trading cards, fantasy worlds, gaming, technology or entertainment
- Respectful of original ideas, valuable collectibles, equipment and private property
- Excited to help turn an imaginative concept into a professional brand and community
Knowledge of Magic: The Gathering or other trading card games is helpful, but strong experience in technology, marketing, websites, apps, animation or content creation is equally valuable.

PAY & OPPORTUNITY
