General Responsibilities
- Make up beds and change linens as required.
- Sweep, scrub, mop floors.
- Vacuum carpets, rugs and draperies as needed.
- Dust or clean/polish furniture, fixtures and fittings.
- Empty and clean trash containers, disposing of trash in a sanitary manner.
- Wipe down and sanitize wash basins, mirrors, tubs and showers.
- Wipe down glass surfaces.
- Wash windows as scheduled.
- Sort, wash, load and unload dirty laundry; Sort, fold, put away clean laundry.
- Report necessary repairs.
- Ensure all lost and found items are logged appropriately.
- Be familiar with all property amenities.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
- Identify the needs of our guests and meet these needs, aiming to exceed expectations at every opportunity.
- Pick up ground litter around property or whenever visible.
- Perform other duties or special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- Maintain professional, friendly demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills required.
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have an eye for detail.
- Dedicated to providing excellent service.
Requirements
- Ability to work on your own or as part of a team.
- Frequent bending, reaching overhead and squatting Lift, carry, and place objects weighing up to 50lbs without assistance.
- Push/pull objects weighing up to 50lbs without assistance.
- Continual use of manual dexterity and gross motor skills with frequent use of bi-manual dexterity and fine motor skills.
- Remain on your feet for extended periods of time.
- Housekeeping experience preferred-not required
- Must have flexible work availability to include weekends
- Pays extreme attention to detail
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: Up to $15.00 per hour
