Our customer-driven company is looking for a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate should have excellent people and communication skills and a background in both technical and personal support. The ideal candidate will also be computer literate and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment as they will be responsible for answering phones, monitoring service tickets and responding to client inquiries.
Responsibilities:
- Answer customer calls, service tickets and general questions.
- Manage call flow.
- Heavy use of AI in all areas
- Answer email and social media messages.
- Work with other departments to resolve customer issues.
- Manage website content.
- Follow correct protocol for customer interaction.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
