We are a fast-growing labor-only moving company serving Nashville and surrounding areas. We provide professional moving labor to customers who rent their own trucks or storage containers.

Position Overview
As a Crew Supervisor, you will:
- Lead 2–3 person moving crews
- Manage job pacing and efficiency
- Communicate directly with customers
- Prevent damage and protect company reputation
- Train and guide movers on site
- Capture customer reviews at job completion
This is a hands-on leadership role. You work alongside your crew — not behind a desk.
Training & Promotion Path
All Supervisor candidates begin with a paid 30-day probationary period as a Moving Technician.
During this time, you will:
- Learn our systems, standards, and job flow
- Demonstrate work ethic, reliability, and leadership ability
- Work alongside current crews while being evaluated
Top performers who demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and efficiency will be promoted to Crew Supervisor within 30 days and be eligible for job performance bonuses.

What We’re Looking For
✔ Prior moving or heavy labor experience (2+ years preferred)
✔ Experience leading a team (moving, warehouse, construction, etc.)
✔ Strong communication skills
✔ Professional appearance and attitude
✔ Ability to control crew pace and efficiency
✔ Reliable transportation
✔ Smartphone for job communication
✔ Physically able to lift 75+ lbs repeatedly

Compensation During Training
- Technician Rate: $16–$26/hr during evaluation period
- Promotion to Supervisor Rate: $23–$30/hr + bonuses after successful completion of training
Compensation
- $23–$30 per hour (based on abilities)
- $0–$135 daily job performance bonus
- Growth path into Senior Lead / Operations
Top supervisors can earn $1,100–$1,400+ per week during peak season.
Schedule
- 3–5 days per week
- Weekends required
- Flexible scheduling based on bookings
- Guaranteed minimum hours after 30-day evaluation
