The Registered nurse is primarily responsible for quality, safe patient centered care based upon the nursing process and best standards of practice. He/she collaborates with other disciplines in establishing a holistic approach to patient care.
1. Performs and develops appropriate plans of care and nursing actions to ensure patient safety.
2. Performs patient assessments every eight hours and as necessary to identify changes in the patient condition. Reports changes in the patient condition to the charge RN or provider.
3. Completes and evaluates appropriate treatments, therapy, education and discharge planning based on patient needs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $38.62 - $65.39 per hour
