OTR Class A CDL Driver (1099 Contractor)
Overview
We are seeking professional and dependable OTR Class A CDL Drivers to join our team. This is a 1099 independent contractor position offering guaranteed weekly pay, consistent miles, and reliable freight for drivers committed to staying on the road and delivering exceptional service.
Drivers with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements are strongly preferred and will receive priority consideration; however, qualified drivers without endorsements may still be considered.

Compensation & Home Time
- $1,750 guaranteed weekly pay
- 1099 Independent Contractor position
- Consistent freight and reliable miles
- Minimum commitment of 3 weeks OTR
- Standard home time of 2–3 days off after each OTR rotation
- Additional home time may be accommodated upon request and approval
- Professional dispatch and operational support
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a Class A commercial motor vehicle in accordance with DOT regulations
- Transport freight efficiently and on schedule throughout assigned OTR routes
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Maintain accurate logs and required documentation
- Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding loads, routing, and operational updates
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Represent the company professionally at customer and shipper locations
Minimum Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- Clean and verifiable driving history
- Ability to commit to a minimum of 3 weeks OTR
- Must successfully pass a background screening
- No failed drug tests
- SAP drivers will not be considered
- No more than three moving violations within the past three years
- Strong commitment to safety, professionalism, and DOT compliance
Preferred Qualifications
- Hazmat endorsement (preferred)
- Tanker endorsement (preferred)
- Drivers with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements will receive priority consideration
- Previous OTR experience
- Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safety procedures
Background Considerations
