Total Services Heating and Air Conditioning is seeking a dedicated Parts Runner/ HVAC Helper to join our TEAM! In this role, you will pick up and/or deliver parts, tools, and assist HVAC service and installation technicians as needed. If you are a motivated and reliable individual looking to advance your career rather than just fill a position, this is an exceptional opportunity. This role would be especially ideal for recent HVAC program graduate, or an individual who wants to begin their career in the HVAC industry.

Responsibilities:

Pick up and/or deliver parts, tools, and equipment to job sites

Ensure delivers are prompt

Deliver/dispose of recycled material as needed

Complete orders for restock
- Verify accuracy of parts orders and conduct proper documentation

Support general warehouse and shop duties as needed

Assist and support HVAC service and installation technicians as needed

Follow safety procedures and guidelines when working with HVAC equipment
Qualifications:
-
No HVAC experience is needed, but HVAC trade school or related training is a plus!

Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools.

Able to work indoors/outdoors in various weather conditions

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (required)

Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills

Excellent customer service skills

Ability to work in a team setting or individually
