Compensation Range: $85K - $100K Depending on Experience and/or Formal Training
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Epicor user support
- Being the contact point for ERP System Administration
- Conduct Business Activity Query (BAQ) user-defined data query to extract and analyze data from ERP System, Report Writing, and Dashboard Creation/Modification
- Complete Enterprise Content Management (ECM) workflow projects
- Identify opportunities that can improve efficiency of business processes
- Will also be required to assist with Help Desk Support, Server Management and other IT related tasks
Qualifications:
- 7 Years Epicor ERP – Kinetic knowledge
- 5 Years: BAQ's, BPM's, SSRS Report Writing, C#/.Net Development and Epicor ECM (Docstar)
- 10 Years of IT Experience
- Manufacturing Industry Experience preferred
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and manage changing priorities
- Ability to be flexible and work both independently and in a team environment
- Willingness to occasionally work outside of normal business hours in support of system maintenance, system deployments and upgrades
- A results-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment with multiple project assignments
- Communicate effectively with co-workers at all levels of the business
