A premier boutique matrimonial firm in NYC seeks to hire an experienced matrimonial attorney for a role focused on high-net-worth matrimonial matters. The firm handles complex, high-stakes disputes on behalf of a sophisticated clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complex financial litigation including asset valuation and accounting issues
- Custody litigation from discovery through trial
- Document discovery, legal research, and motion drafting
- Preparation for testimony at depositions and trials
- Analysis of expert reports and financial issues
- Preparation of pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements
What the Firm Seeks:
- At least 8 years of matrimonial experience
- Substantial matrimonial litigation experience
- A solid work ethic
What the Firm Offers:
- Base salary of about $225,000-$250,000 or more, depending on relevant experience, plus discretionary bonus
- Annual billable hours target of 1800
- 4 days in office per week expected
