This is your opportunity to join our sterile compounding team on a new varied shift where accuracy is essential, quality is everything, and every preparation matters.
Your Role: Master the Process
Compound with Confidence
Prepare sterile medications including injectables, IV preparations, and other compounded sterile preparations (CSPs) using aseptic technique and strict quality standards.
Sterility is Everything
Perform all compounding activities in accordance with USP <797> and USP <800> requirements while maintaining the highest standards of environmental control and contamination prevention.
Documentation Done Right
Maintain accurate and complete records for compounding activities, cleaning, environmental monitoring, equipment maintenance, and quality assurance processes.
Cleanroom Excellence
Properly garb, disinfect, and maintain ISO-classified environments while helping uphold the highest level of compliance and patient safety.
Equipment Expert
Operate, inspect, and maintain laminar airflow workbenches and other specialized sterile compounding equipment.
Who You Are: The Right Fit
- Active Florida Pharmacy Technician License required
- 1+ year of sterile compounding experience preferred
- Strong understanding of USP <797> and USP <800> standards
- Knowledge of aseptic technique and contamination control principles
- Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, organization, and safety
- Comfortable standing for 4–5 hours and performing cleanroom routines
- Able to pass a mask fit test and safely work with hazardous medications when required
- Must not be allergic or sensitive to Peridox or bleach-based cleaning agents

- Eyelash extensions
- Jewelry
- Facial or visible body hair (including facial hair for men)
