Job Summary
We are a premier, high-end pool care company servicing exclusive residential estates on the island of Boca Grande. We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented person to join our team. No prior pool experience is required—we provide meticulous, hands-on training to teach you the art of maintaining pristine, luxury water features.
This is an exceptional outdoor role for someone who takes immense pride in their work, appreciates a beautiful coastal environment, and understands the level of care and discretion required when working on high-end private properties. You will help create a luxurious, inviting environment for our discerning clients, making every day rewarding and dynamic.
Key Responsibilities
- White-Glove Maintenance: Perform meticulous pool and water feature cleaning, including surface netting, tile and overflow lip cleaning, brushing, vacuuming, skimmer maintenance, ladder cleaning, and polishing of stainless-steel fixtures.
- Precision Water Chemistry: Test and balance water chemistry to maintain crystal-clear, safe, and balanced water for luxury residential pools.
- Equipment Monitoring: Inspect high-end pool pumps, automation systems, and filtration equipment daily to ensure optimal performance, reporting any maintenance needs.
- Maintain detailed service records of all work performed using a work management application.
- Follow all safety protocols and environmental regulations during maintenance activities to ensure a secure work environment.
- Estate Etiquette: Navigate luxury residential properties with the utmost respect for homeowner privacy, property, and quiet enjoyment.
- Route Logistics: Responsibly drive a company service vehicle to scheduled accounts on Boca Grande, ensuring punctuality and a professional presentation.
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience: None required! We provide comprehensive training for the right candidate who possesses a strong work ethic and an eye for detail.
- License: Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Stamina & Endurance: Ability to work outdoors full-time and thrive in the intense Florida summer heat and coastal humidity.
- Physical Strength: Ability to regularly lift, carry, and maneuver up to 50 lbs (pool chemicals, equipment, vacuum hoses).
- Dependable, self-motivated, and capable of working independently while consistently adhering to safety standards.
- Professionalism: Excellent communication skills, a neat, presentable appearance, and a respectful attitude suitable for luxury estate environments.
Compensation & Work Schedule
- Training Hourly Rate: $17/hr
- Expected Starting Pay After Training: $18/hr
- Tip opportunities
- Work Schedule: 25-40 hrs/week. Flexible scheduling with autonomy over your daily start time. Occasional schedule adjustments may be required due to weather or operational needs. Dependable attendance and punctuality are essential, as clients rely on consistent, scheduled service.
