Join our team as an Automotive Detailer specializing in luxury vehicles, where attention to detail, professionalism, and pride in your work are essential. You will be responsible for maintaining and detailing high-end vehicles to dealership and manufacturer standards, ensuring every vehicle receives the level of care expected from a luxury brand.
We are looking for someone who is trustworthy, dependable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated. The ideal candidate takes pride in doing the job correctly, notices the small things others may overlook, and stays productive throughout the workday without needing constant supervision.
Because this is a luxury automotive environment, you must also understand the importance of professionalism around customers and their vehicles. You will represent the dealership whenever you are working around clients, so a professional attitude, clean appearance, respectful communication, and careful handling of customer vehicles are required.
Duties
- Perform thorough exterior washes and cleaning while following proper procedures for luxury vehicle finishes.
- Complete detailed interior cleaning, including vacuuming, carpets, upholstery, leather, plastics, trim, and hard-to-reach areas.
- Inspect vehicles carefully and identify small imperfections, missed areas, stains, or cosmetic concerns before returning the vehicle.
- Maintain vehicles to a high standard of cleanliness and presentation.
- Safely operate professional detailing equipment, pressure washers, vacuums, polishers, buffers, and other automotive cleaning tools.
- Perform polishing and light paint correction when required and properly trained.
- Properly clean and protect wheels, tires, glass, trim, and exterior surfaces.
- Handle customer vehicles with exceptional care and attention, treating every vehicle as if it were your own.
- Move and park vehicles safely throughout the dealership and service facility.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area throughout the day.
- Follow dealership procedures for vehicle keys, customer property, and vehicle protection.
- Identify and communicate any pre-existing damage or newly discovered concerns before proceeding.
- Stay productive during downtime by assisting with other dealership needs and maintaining the detail area.
- Follow all safety procedures and manufacturer/dealership guidelines.

- Valid driver's license and a safe driving record required.
- Ability to safely move vehicles throughout the dealership and service facility.
- Ability to work as part of a team and assist other departments when needed.
