Overview:
TEXAS ONLY ON TEXAS LOGS
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Truck Driver to help grow our fleet. We are a small fleet contracted to NFI transport and through them H-E-B grocery stores. Most loads are to one or more stores for direct, no-touch, priority delivery of household goods and foodstuffs. From then drivers will often return directly to a distribution center with an empty or salvage load. Occasionally drivers will be asked to pick up a backhaul in or out-of-route to return to a distribution center. All miles are paid, empty or loaded.
Pay: $1250-2200 per week on direct deposit. CPM based with bonus, incentive, and accessorial pay.
Schedule: Home daily to weekly depending on route and load chosen. 24/7 dispatch available depending preferred schedule and operating hours. It is required to work 5 shifts minimum per week. Beyond that requirement, the truck is yours to run when, where, and how you see fit.

Duties:
- Operate a semi-tractor pulling 53 and 57' dry vans, and refrigerated trailers.
- Make accurate counts of product pallets unloaded at each drop and report discrepancies.
- Maintain regular inspections of both tractor and trailer to report maintenance items for correction.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, store personnel, and 3rd party shippers/receivers
Requirements:
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL)
- 1 year verifiable experience as a combination truck driver.
- Familiarity with route planning and navigation systems
- Excellent driving record with no more than 2 moving violations in last 3 years
- No felonies or DUI
- No failed or refused drug tests
- Good communication skills and a friendly disposition
