We are seeking a Lead Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the front-line of our company, providing high-quality customer service and leading our sales staff. You will be responsible for maintaining store appearance, introducing additional buying opportunities to customers, and ensuring a positive customer experience. We value forward-thinking and the ability to coach a team on best selling practices. Knowledge of automotive parts is helpful but not required. Front counter staffing while delivering high level of customer service

System entry of customer data, part sale data and warranty information

Maintaining store appearance and introducing additional buying opportunities to customers

Coaching team on selling practices and customer service

Performing opening and closing duties

Providing support and leadership to sales staff

Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices

Proficient in verbal and written English language

Bilingual is preferred, but not required

Solid communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to read, write and effectively communicate with customers, peers and management

Ability to multi-task, be attentive to customers and remain flexible to the needs of the business

Physical demands: This position involves constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing and standing throughout the day

This position pays $20.00 - $21.00 / hour with added bonus program earnings
