UTV / SXS DIAGNOSTICS, REPAIR & OFF-ROAD BUILDS
MST Motorsports is hiring an experienced Powersports Technician / UTV Mechanic to perform diagnostics, repair, maintenance, and aftermarket accessory installation on side-by-sides and off-road vehicles.
This is not an entry-level position. We’re looking for a technician who can diagnose issues, perform complete repairs, and install performance upgrades.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform powersports diagnostics including engine, clutching (CVT), electrical, and drivability issues
- Diagnose and repair UTVs / side-by-sides including Polaris, Can-Am, and other off-road vehicles
- Complete maintenance services (fluids, belts, inspections, preventative care)
- Install aftermarket accessories and performance upgrades (suspension, lift kits, wheels & tires, lighting, etc.)
- Perform clutch repair, belt replacement, and drivetrain service
- Mount and balance wheels and tires (including beadlocks)
- Conduct vehicle inspections and document findings using digital inspection tools
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years experience as a Powersports Technician, UTV Mechanic, or Automotive Technician
- Strong ability in diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair
- Experience with UTV / SXS platforms (Polaris, Can-Am, Kawasaki, etc.) preferred
- Ability to complete jobs independently from start to finish
- Own tools required
- Valid driver’s license
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
- $30–$40/hr + performance bonuses (based on experience and efficiency)
- Monday–Friday schedule (no weekends)
